My past retail management experience has given me great ablilities that relate to real estate. Superior customer service, great negotiating skills, the ability to come up with alternate solutions to difficult situations, communicate with my clients what will happen all along the way and what will be expected of them.  Making the whole transcaction a positive experience and letting them know that we can have fun along the way.

Being a Colorado Springs Native doesn't make me an expert, but my love of this great city makes me care about what is going on and being involved in many different aspects of the community. Volunteering with the City's Park and Rec Therapeutic Water Sports program, Being a Girl Scout leader, Helping with the Briargate RELAY FOR LIFE cancer walk and 4 year in a row the Team With Most Spirit Award Winners, Creating an award nominated program for  Free Summer Reading Books for All grades  at a D-11 school.

Turning my desire to help people towards Real Estate by finding programs that can help people reach their dreams of owning a home. Working with non-profit groups like Rocky Mountain Community Land Trust, giving people a chance to own a home using county and city grant money, who would have never been able to before or helping a client purchase the land to build their Custom built home of their dreams.
